Head Coach: Michael Keegan

Michael has been playing soccer since he was 5 years old.  He played for Bayside United Premier Soccer Club (Now East Bay United FC) with the ‘Stompers’ as a striker.  The Stompers won many prestigious tournaments throughout the USA.  They were the National Indoor Finalists for 2 years.  Won the RI Championships Tournaments 5 years advancing to the Regional Semi Finals once.

Michael graduated from East Greenwich High School, while in high school he was the captain his senior year, leading goal scorer junior and senior year, and was honored first team all division 3 years.

He was recruited and played soccer at Dean College in Franklin, MA.  While in college, he was molded into a stopper/sweeper and was awarded All East, All New England, and nominated All American.  His Dean College team won the Regionals and went on to the National tournament in Tyler, Texas.  Michael moved on from Dean College and attended Rhode Island College to study Youth Development, Community Health and Wellness,  and Coaching.

Michael has been with East Bay United FC for the two years coaching coaching the U9 and now U10 teams.  He is dedicated to developing the younger players to become well rounded and skilled players as they grow.  Michael is looking forward to another great year with East Bay United Futbol Club.
